David "el Gringo" Campbell
|
David is an avid cyclist who I guess you could safely say has been passionate about cycling since an early age! While his racing days might be over, he still loves to ride his bikes more than ever. If he's not in some far off land working on a MBA adventure, chances are he's still out riding the trails looking for new single track! |

Manuel "Mano" Krueger
Mano is a firefighter from Oakville, Canada who somehow manages to squeeze fighting fires into his busy training schedule. He has been adventure racing for several years and has competed in 3 Southern Traverses, 2 Eco Challenges and numerous other adventure races. In the 1998 Eco Challenge in Morocco, Mano and the rest of Team Outback Subaru (Canada) finished 7th overall. |
Santiago Andres Chamorro
Santiago is from Pinto, Chile and lives with his family in the house that his great, great, grandfather built in the 1800's. Santiago goes to school in the off season but works full time for MBA running the support crew during the riding season in Chile. Although he's still working on his English, the man can dance like nobody's business!

The Locals
Of course, you will meet many new people along the way. In the "Across the Andes" trip, the Chilean countryside is home to some of the warmest and kindest people anywhere. Proud but unassuming, these people will offer you their shirts off their backs or their last glass of wine without having known you form more than a few moments. |
